Today I have a tip for anyone that is working on a transformation or changing behaviors.
Transformation Model – How to Change Your Behaviors
I’ve used this tip myself and read about it in the book “The Compound Effect” by Darren Hardy.
- Get a notebook.
- Each day you record what you did relating to the behavior you want to change.
This makes you more aware of how often you are engaging in this behavior and what effect it has on your future.
I’ve used this for weight loss and recording workouts.
Record every food you eat along with the calorie totals for each meal. Add up the totals each day and week. You can also record your workout as well and rate it 1-10 for how intense or good it was. At the end of the week take your measurements so see what changes you have made.
This will help you to tell when you get the best workout and what foods are helping you lose or gain weight.
