What is a challenge group?

Joining a Challenge Group is a fun, exciting way to get the constant inspiration and encouragement you need to stay committed and achieve your fastest results. The challenge group is a small group of 5-10 people that I coach through a Facebook group. You will get daily coaching, support and motivation from me.

What should you expect in a challenge group?

  •  Encouragement and support from your coach.
  •  Encouragement and support from your fellow challengers.
  •  People working together to reach their goals.
  •  Sharing of struggles and successes.
  •  Guidance from your coach so you take the correct steps to a successful transformation.

What do I need to commit to in the challenge group?

Everyone in this group must be 100% committed to:

  1. Your beachbody fitness program.
  2. Drinking Shakeology
  3. Answering the daily assignments in the group and helping to motivate and support others in the group.
