Time is at a premium these days.
Whether you don’t have time because of:
Long hours at work.
Watching the Kids all day and taking them off to their activities.
Studying and Homework from school.
No time to get to the gym.
End the excuses here.
Today I have a 4 minute workout for you.
You can do it anywhere.
4 Minute Total Body Workout with NO Equipment
- Total body extensions [1 minute]
- Switch Lunges [1 minute per leg]
- Spiderman push-ups [30 seconds]
- Punisher squats [20 squats & 10 seconds hold]
