One of the reasons that many people don’t move ahead with their transformations is because they simply aren’t taking responsibility.
I do the same thing sometimes.
Think about this.
If it’s in your house you are going to eat it.
Here is a great phrase I just read in a book.
“So it’s the weekend…the time when everyone who is struggling to lose fat falls off their nutrition plan…so here’s something to consider: If there is junk food in your house, you’re going to eat it. So if you don’t want to eat it, get it out of your house. Otherwise, accept the fact you’re going to eat it eventually. That’s just the way it is, and that’s how good diets go bad. It’s like putting water on a gremlin after midnight.” Craig Ballantyne
If you don’t understand that last part then maybe you didn’t see the “Gremlins” movies back in 1984. My brothers and I watched them over and over again.
I’m sure that statement holds true for you. It also works the same for any parties that you are holding at your house.
There are always leftovers. If you are keeping them and not sending them home with someone else then you’ll most likely be eating them.
If you don’t have a bunch of teenagers at your house then another alternative that I’ve used is to take them to work.
I’ll leave them on the table in the lunch room and in an hour it’s almost guaranteed that they will be gone.
I guess some people aren’t concerned with their weight.
That’s something for you to think about.
I’m working on showing you how I’m implementing some other tips so stay tuned for that later this week.
